You can select shipping options during checkout before the order has been finalized. Once you enter your shipping address, on the checkout page, all available shipping methods’ rates will be displayed.
WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
Hyper does ship internationally. All applicable Customs Fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday same day received up until a 3:00 PM PT cut-off. Orders made on weekends are shipped on Monday. Orders received after 3:00PM PT are shipped the next shipping day.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
You can check your order status anytime after it’s placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you as the order is processed for shipment.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed.
